not working for rfo ph. downloaded it and placed it on my data table folder. it saying not enough mastery to use skill/force...

pt req of master skills is: tier 1 (basic) = 99/99, tier 2 (expert) = 99/99, tier 3 (elite) = 99/99

i testet it on my own server... all 99/99 but its doesnt work...
