the efect is only visual. The dates from the cars like speed or something else is saved on ur computer and cause of this its possible to change it.
the money and boost is saved in internet by EA.

Es ist nur möglich daten zu verändern die bei der installation auf dem eigenen computer gespeichert werden. da dies bei dem boost und dem geld nicht der fall ist, kann man dieses nicht beeinflussen außer eben auf normalem wege, indem man sich es verdient.

Legt euch das zu herzen und fallt nciht auf sone unnötige kacke rein...
