The Flyff Client you are using may have cryped the Neuz.exe, hence no D3D signature could be found.
Solution: Go play on another server.
Funny though, it worked once,
the first time i tried it on a high rate server, the error came.
then a few hours later just wanted to try it.
it worked! but the server was down,i couldn't use it,
then a few hours later again, i tried to use it. but the error keeps on coming again@@
