Little out of date, but here is the solution never the less, if you are runnnig ESET in advanced mode, go to the Setup and click tools, under Setup, you'll find advanced Setup.Quote:

Inside of advanced setup, on the left side of the window you'll see a treeview, scroll down to the Antivirus Heading (should be the first one), then click on exclusions. From exclusions, add the folder containing the application.
