every time i try to extract it, it says no archive found. what do i do?

Hey guys ive got no net access untill i go to my fathers for a week then after that untill feb, ill help out when i can if TQ hasnt released any further patches it will still work.

does this acrually make it so you can change ur cps, vps ad char lvl? if so can someone help me install it one on one? im a litle confused...thnx
