[AlchemyProxy] Basic botting functionality

The public test will hopefully be ready by January. We'll be doing small tests before that to sort out functionality.

I may have time to re-write some of the server tonight at which point it will be online for private testing again.

I've actually improved my coding knowledge significantly through re-working my proxy so I have quite a few changes to make to my source.

No more proxy :(
