Now all you need is some end game content right, that's what i've seen people talk about?

Well, besides now, you could use some people to motivate shit in game.
Someone who gets in with the specific job of getting jobbing going on, job wars, pvp cap wars, etc.

Hurby would be great for that job btw, just sayin'.

The server is potentially good.. BUT, its lacking some minor fixes and most important!! A COMMUNITY!! Ive only seen 20 different useers in the 1:30 hours I played. Join now guys or it will get boring. BTW, this is really Play2Win

I joined the server today and I wasn't able to up my skills because of the lag...
Is this lag always been or it is becouse you changed something and it will be fixed?

There're some people that are complaining becouse of they got some lag and delay but this is not my case. For me the game is running smoothly since the first day. Maybe, as someone said, they've changed their server location and this can cause lag and delay for someone. Try to contact the admins maybe they're able to help you.
