I dont't think so it would be such a big problem. Just make smth like: when new MAC try to log in to your bot add there 3 days. Or it is more complex ? Cos this is how I have this.

oh I forgot about this...so this way you give license once per EPVP users. And what about adding also game-ID system ...and your licenses will be campared 1st with those MACs and then with like hashed IDs
