Its in sro_client.exe, I cant do that.

Cuz,csro got chinese names not english :D

mh maybe also bcuz he lvled at uniques at low lvl..if you do more than one lvl up at once you can distribute all 5 stat points you get per lvl..(so also the 2 that normally automatically go into 1 str and 1 int)
