Suggestion:

1) Add Battle Arena, so you can do everyday evening events like Guild vs Guild or

2) Job Battle Arena, and implement Job Points system to get some special items, like Immortal Stones, Globals, Magic Lucky Powders, maybe special attack pets?

Just in general a PVP system with rewards for either participating and winning :)

we need something like this real bad.
empire members cant even thief nowadays since every trader is saying he will leave when you rob his goods. so we got nothing to do.

It's totally play2win. You can only donate here to get titles, globals, clocks , pets. There is no premium, devil spirit. You have to play to get everything.

I played the old Venture awhile back and I decided I was in need of some good old SRO times. Although I currently have been having issues with getting the client to start. First issue is that the start button isn't even showing, no updating or anything. I have re-downloaded the files multiple times from both the link in the thread and from the official website. I have flushed my dns twice, added all exceptions necessary, replaced the .exe files and scanned my pc. All of this has been to no avail. I have been attempting to scan the thread for any other ways to get the client to update on it's own; however again to no avail.
I would very much like to play this server again and meet up with some great people.
Here are the images, I hope that they will be of some use to the situation.

Seems to me that you're using the old client, if it starts it means that everything is correct on your pc (so no virus) but if you don't see start button it means it's connecting to the wrong IP or that it's not connecting at all. Try to download the latest version on our site [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] (changed yesterday night), delete all others, and try to disable your firewall. If it still doesn't work, pm me and I'll take a look over teamviewer :)
