Can anyone show how to do arcade without it failing x-x

My x7 Loader didn't found the .ini file.. And yes its a .ini File.. I made all Right Like In the Tut ! ... Sry For my Bad English :D

Where can i download the hack?

Who can help me? The x7Loader give me error with MSVCP100.dll and after i get MSVCP100.dll it give me error with MSVCR100.dll .... After give another error and i can't use it.
Edit: Now its working.
