Dont start the Silkroad.exe! Use the PSERVERLOADER, youll get it in the Forum (Private SRO, Hacks, Guides, ....).
Even if you get started with the Silkroad.exe you still got the Game on Chinese, and i dont think, that you can speak that well ;)
