you will be always deconnected if you connect with an ordinary browser.
there is no chance to be logged in with 2 or more instances.

For premium users with the administrator I could however use the overview page. That would be a lot faster.
this would be really great and a superb feature for premium users. you can build it into the premium feature of your bot, too.

For the towns I was thinking about a priority system. For example priority 1-10. All towns with priority 1 are checked every time, priority 2 only 1 time in 2 updates, priority 3 only 1 time in 3 updates, etc.
exactly what i wanted to say. would be great if you could implement these features. if you need a tester i would like to test :handsdown:

I think population based trading system would be really helpful. since in most cases, trading is need for unit production.

@Quigonjeen
You mean when you're using the browser when the bot is turned off?

@nicefriend
How many population you have doesn't really matter. You just want to have your warehouse full, right?
When the bot sends resources it will do that from the nearest town and not to the town that has the most free population. Because if you look only at the population the travel time will probably be a lot higher.

I was just thinking about send and receive mode. although i want the warehouse full. it is very difficult to keep track on many cities, like over 100. therefore, for example, bot set the cities with 300 or less population to the send mode and the others to the receive mode would be more effective, i think.

my problem is that @ work I must use a proxy to be able to get to specific pages, because the others are filtered. no way to change that?

@nicefriend
That would be a nice solution for towns that you have finished building but it would give problems when you're building up a town. Because these new towns are often below 300 pop.
I'm planning however to add a third trade option that will automatic switch between send/receive. My first idea was to do that based on the amount of resources you got but it shouldn't be a problem to add an extra option for population.

If you go to the overview tab you can easily see which towns are sender and which are receivers. That should be helpful with your amount of towns.

@botter
The bot doesn't support proxies but you could try this program to add a proxy:

Then there is probably something wrong with one of the following settings:
Username, Password, Main Server and/or Server.

Could you also tell me what you see in the browser tab after you get the "can't connect" message?

utharn, i recognized during the last few days that the bot does not all things what he should do.

example:
for town a farmers are enabled
units queue is enabled
celebrations are enabled

it did for that town only the farming.

free pop. was over 1k. it was set that it should produce lightships. in the settings the minimum pop. was set to 40. in the queue tab the checks for unit queue and bulding queue were set, too.

question: why did it only the farmin and switched to the next town?
as mentioned before the bot needs two hours for one whole run. if it does not place all orders in that run it will take again 2 hours before the order can be placed.

@Emina
Are you sure the Queue timer was already at zero?
If the timer was at zero but the bot was not able to add anything to the queue (For any reason) you should see the following message in the Log tab:
"Nothing to build."

I wast just thinking, have you already thought about adding
attack functionality?
Or better, support functionality.
For example, I try to move my troops somewhere to dodge attacks until a certain time, and want them to be back at a certain time. For example just in time to defend the attack with the CS in it. Any thoughts?
03/20/2012 21:08 Utharnl#1305
Sorry Opperpanter I'm not going to add anything related to attack/support. The bot is for reducing the boring aspects of the game. It's a lot more fun and challenging to do the attacks yourself.
