Server lag got fixed, thats pretty good and new players coming now ^^ Sweet

I'm back to giving this server a chance to improve. They had some issues with the original team and it took some time to regroup and now they are working again to resolve some coding.
Don't listen yet to the impatient hot heads who spend all their time hopping from serer to server crying the world hates them. A couple more weeks of waiting to see how the team does won't hurt.

This patch contains a lot of fixes. Read below.
*-EXP RATE HAS BEEN INCREASED to 30x.
*-SP RATE HAS BEEN INCREASED.
1- Removed useless drops.
2- Stone drop rate has been increased to 3x.
3- Subzero spawns underneath Karakoram. Oasis area/Eye-shad area.
4- Horus spawns in Jangan cave Camp 9.
5- Haroeris Spawns in jangan cave Camp 12.
6- Seth spawns in jangan cave Camp 13.
7-Medusa/Ivy double spawn has been fixed.
8-Samarkand has been expanded a bit.
9-Honor buffs has been activated. Job kills.
10-Silk/hour has been activated.
*-Million SkillPoints have been added as a compensation.
