Have you checked that you're not using an effect of something other than a weapon ? It could be an effect of a weapon but in the same time in a shirt or pants or ...

it works perfekt on windows 7 but if you want you can make full idm its rly good but if you dont wanna make another one dont do it ^^

Change your id's
Rejoin the server
Equip the items you want
Join a room
Press restore then go to your inventory
Exit from your inventory
Join the game
Enjoy :D

If you wamt to change any effect only change the weaps otherwise game crashes
