the game guard went down for a few minutes since then there some people can't login but other still can

How many times do I have to say that we are already tracking the errors?
When is it enough?
When will you get it that we are working on it?
When will you stop posting the same things over and over again?
This weekend we finally managed to run the Guard in debugmode. We found already 4 issues which had already been fixed and which will be applied on the next restart of the Guard. Thanks.
BTW: Player Count does refresh every 5 Minutes. Thats why there were still 199 on.

its a real issue it been more than 2 or even 3 days for this error
seems that my posts keeps annoys lol , but dont u think that ur errors annoying us ? everytime we complain about something u say that u working on it but i know it gonna takes ages to get it fixed
