Therefore, we had to put everything in balance and take a responsible decision that should be fair for at least the majority of our players. We decided to have a reset and to start over again. Meaning, only character will be deleted and progress, accounts no. The main reason for this is to give all users the possibility to have a fresh start, without someone being in the position of not being able to play! Besides the main reason, with this reset we will have the issues fixed (the one that I've mentioned above) - and multiple upgrades on the infrastructure part. Very important, for the ones that donated, their coins will be refunded back into their accounts, so they will have them at the server start. We will also think about how we can boost slightly the users to progress faster in the first days so they can catch-up the time that they lost. We don't want to take any risk and make any compromise, therefore, the start it only when we are fully ready but we are highly aiming to have it done by this weekend. I hope that you understand our decision and that we do it for you to have a chance for a proper start because you deserve it.
