i got a problem.. i go through all those ads (i tried it few days ago, same shit) and my status is still the same, like i never looked those ads, i wait the 30 secs countdown and nothing..

You need to wait till there says "Done" than you need to click away.
And sometimes it doesn't refresh, they've a FAQ where it says how to fix that problem.

I had this probelm too. To solve it the best way is to klik on a link of the advertisement you see. If you dont klik and you just watch after the countdown you will get a red X, but if you succed you will get a green $.

it says done, and instead of 30 secs countdown, Done and a little X appears, that means i can close the web, i do, i go to my stats, and nothing

You need a premier or business acount.
I presume you don't have a company or something, so you need a premier account.
With a premier account you can send and recieve money, with the business too but with a little more fee.
Anyway, you can leave the paypal as is, but you need to know the e-mail of your paypal account when registrating at adbux.

Hmm for the adbux thing, where do i need to go to click the link to wait 30 secs to get &#036;0.01? I dno where to go :S
