can u help me to solve it (7677 error) ?

I can't open my patcher , instead an error occurs whick is - error 0x3 "patch download unavailable" the maintenance was over hours ago and I still can't open my patcher,, I tried DL'ing the manual patch but I somehow can't connect to the link. What do you think the problem? I highly doubt it's the internet connectivity since everything else is fine and my firewall is already turned off,,, is it perhaps my ISP? darn,, by the way I'm playing GCPH and I'm really DESPERATE!!!

Guys do you know the message that pops out after finishing Shrine of Ruins using any SD hack.. is there any way for us not to get that message? if no how will I get banned after using the SD hack? I found some txt files in my GCPh folders regarding the crash errrors... but i kinda deleted them because I know that GCPH has something to do with it regarding the banning of some accounts...
