Just getting back into the game after a short break, Thanks for sharing this It is greatly appreciated. Now, once downloaded, all I do is put the folder in the addons folder correct? I remember that I did something else before, can't seem to remember exactly

You do not need the client. Did you clean install the addon. Or copy and paste it over the last one? A clean install is always needed.
Also you can go to World of Warcraft\WTF\Account\name\SavedVariables and delete the 2 Zygor files in there. As they could be corrupt and doing that would fix it.
Your other copies the licence expired.

Thank for the current guides. They are really helpful in the game.
Quick question.
Does anybody know why any of the past several guides do not sync in the Auction House?
The items on AH seems to have a bit of a glitch, and does not match the regular UI.
Also, seems we have to re-scan each time because it does not hold the data from a few moments earlier.
Any positive explanation is appreciated. Thanks.

Past several guides, well that would be no guide unless it has the Auction house data. Ad for the UI, that would be a conflict with another addon or auction house addon.
It does not hold the auction house data, because unless you pay for the guide. It cannot save to the auction house data that you do not have.
