I have a problem.. my rank up not up im Basic Space Pilot with 15* rank point its possible?..

I apologize for late response.
Server is sometimes off, but only for small periods of time. If it is offline or game is frozen you will probably be able to get to the home page but not in game (you'll probably end up on that loading screen when you press 'Play')
Best way to see if server is currently down is to refresh home page several times and see if amount of connected users will change or will it stay the same.
I would suggest you to try that method several times for around 2-3 minutes. If the number of connected users doesn't change and you could log in and play before that it usually means server is down, but as I have said, it usually gets up within 30-40 minutes or even less.
If by any chance you see that number of connected users is changing while you still can't get into the game please contact moderators or admins and someone will assist you. Best way to do that is via game forum or this thread.

as of right now tehre are no plans for v2 as devs (well nocheat atleast) want people to moove to v3

Hello good day, I would like to ask managers v2 stay tuned to this server and that I had too many problems, now that came Server v3 not have any administrator v2 connects and no one can solve the problomeas v2 server, Please conectence more often to v2.

i miss v2 :'(
