people, u CAN'T do refferals anymore, riot said that they will update the refferal system and they are setting it up right now. even if u make some accounts and make them 10 lvl u still wont redeem because simply the refferal site doesnt work at the moment.you can try make reffs , but i guarantee you that you wont redeem them :(
