i have windows 7 32 Bit When i try to start the game with luncher it say program cant started because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem and when i go in the game when i press insert nothing appears what should i do help me plz...

you need to replace this S4Client.exe for the folder that you was downloaded "S4_Launcher.exe" and put the dll in s4 league folder too.

try just use the 3D3 only .. idk what to do too. :D
