This is how I use your trainer (Windows 7)
Right click on your trainer> Click Run as Admin> Right Click on your trainer> Click Run Grand chase> (nprotectgameguard appears)> after the nprotect gameguard> grand chase dsnt appear.

i think you skipped a step.
you should run the patcher 1st.. after it reaches 100%. close it..
then push shift+F5..
if this doesn't solve your problem, try restarting your PC then do it again..

No unlocker means your OS is not compatcble with the Unlocker
