Calm down. This bot is still a "Free Project" he can shut it down everytime. And if you dont want this "Blackouts" you can find on epvp enough coder for your own BOT and Support, but u have to pay a lot.

for 1 small change we wait 1 whole day that's the problem

i mean patches come every second weak same day he should have taken a free day and fix it so he can continue hes busy real life work etc

At least for me the real life work would also be more important than a bot which needs a Update ^^. I think it will patched today or tomorrow in free time.
All of us knew that there will be a new Client this week, and it will take down the bot for min. 3-4 days why you dont reduce your Queue ^^ and just wait for it I know its annoying and I am also waiting for it but with writing crap and sth. against his real life (work, activites) isnt the way to get the Patch. He also know that we need the patch and he also need it for hisself too and he will do it asap.

When the bot setup UI asks the vm what group should it select (1,2,3) can I just select 1 for all of them? What's the importance of this?

Group 1 with 1 master will create a Room where will for example 6 bots join, so if you would set 18 bots as group 1, 18 player would try to join a 1/10 room. And play just one game.

if you offer something for free then ok but for money you should update it in the fastest possible way

Complaining will help nothing. I'm too annoyed that I have to babysit the bot, but complaining will not solve it :D You have right that he should post an update when its complete, but I think hes working hard, and its not just 1 thing that changed, because I get more errors than on launcher, alot of bugsplats, stucking at "Your version is updated 434" Nextgame=1 not working, also launcher sometimes goes crazy and stuck at "scanning differences 1/1" and you have to mouse over it to get Launcher button. He needs to solve it out.

It isnt his job to stay 24/7 at the bot and patching which costs 25€ ^^
Yes he have to patch it but "when" he can chose ^^

You never accepted terms or sth like that while u bought this Bot.
