You need a database with all codes, and a little php script.

My structure of the database:
[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Then you can create a little tool which is able to generate code and it in the database:

Honestly. I think that's correct. However, there'd be many people to leech! So, what I'd honestly do, is create a group with just people that can code and will work and help, put them all into a group on like Skype or something. Then we all develop an amazing emulator and C.M.S together. After that, if we wish to release it to the public, we would. Otherwise, it stays among that group working on it all together. Which, would consist of experts in coding. For example; Requi :D

Uhm i don't like groups. I ended up in my situation because of someone backstabbing me.

I know who it is and now i need to deal with it through BP.

Totally bad idea if you ask me. If the whole darkorbit section won't be selfish and share parts of their work that can be the start of one section emulator.
