Only reason to start DO is your Private Server, jD.
Since they are banning nearly all botters, I see no more future for DO.

The normal DO is just way too expesive now.

How long does it take in other games to be the best player? Or reach the highest level? 1 year or more?

How long will it take in Do? Ahhh... maybe 1-2 years. You don´t must pay for it. Do you bot in other games too, because it takes long to be a good player? If you don´t have the time for a game like Do pay for it or stop playing it. Every game is expensive. There is no different to other games. So don´t say it´s to expensive. Botter only want to get the things first and fast. Who need new things after 1 week?

this is just off topic, but darkorbit is not that u have to spend time or money, is that you must spend TOO MUCH to be ufe, try any sandbox game, where you pay for the game not for the thinks in the game, if you pay for the game, for the devolopers there's no greed of adding expensive thinks!!! and that is the darkorbit problem, they are just adding thinks that cost millions of uri...
