zikor, have you tried to host server on dynamic ip? Is it possible at all? I am willing to try but had no time these days. I know, that would require config change whenever ip changes but, if it's possible to make it working, this wont be a problem. Have you tried it at all and is it possible?

Whenever I get to step 4 (SMC), I enter the user/pass info then it says: can not start smnet: 9

dude wtf all those but no client inside data folder -_- not even info for the version of the client

The client is not my concern. Still, even a fucking baby boy would know that it works with any vsro 1.188 version client. You can easily check the version of the client in SMC at Module Version tab -> SR_Client .

Now, go and download any vsro client with lv110 cap change the version to 188 and enjoy.

you don't have the data folder inside the server files folder.
