you are wrong.
error 32 is a sharing violation.
this means for example, if one program opens a file and sets some options to share_read, other programs can only read it, but neither delete it nor write to it.
if an error occurrs or the program crashes while it was writing itself into the temp directory, this can happen.
renaming the file or rebooting can solve this.
sometimes, i am afraid, only programs like Unlocker can help (programs which can delete/rename files which are not rename/deletable (you can recognize them by this message from windows "This file is opened by another program...."))

What file should i rename ? (Itemmanager.exe?)
Reboot pc does not work for me :(

yes
and try to look into your temporary directory and delete the IM.dll and the randomly named .exe (for example "09178310.exe").

I dunno bout you guys but , I only got error code 8 when I tried to put a shortcut of IM into the Rocketdock and try to open it from there , so I just open it from the .exe , Problem solved~

Yes it does~ on Window XP [ SP3 ] , Tested on 3 PC's with same OS XD
But only the Manual Version .

Dann bist du im falschen, da muss auch eine IM_errorlog.txt sein

Notfalls lade bitte den Installer von Seite eins (nichts installieren!, nur den Installer starten und den Probleml�sungsbutton klicken!)
