Extremely unlikely. Blizzard isn't going to ban people for using local programs to connect to their headless computers; this would potentially ban thousands of legitimate players who play the game remotely from work, school, vacation, etc. It just isn't going to happen, and before you make the claim about cloud computing in their TOS, Moonlight/Parsec is not cloud computing; you're only connecting between your own computers and not remote servers that host the game itself. Also, the addons are not using restricted APIs or doing anything that isn't allowed by any public addon. When Blizzard bans users, they try to do it without doubt, and those stars are just not going to align. The best they could do is Machine Learning with those applications, and even then, it's sketchy at best.
