We do have specific rules for vouching. Any vouches on that channel is automatically deleted, good or bad. We only allow vouches after tickets have been successfully completed or resolved since its a support server vouch.

If you have purchased with credit card, make sure you did buy woofer, because the payment provider will put the amount first in your balance then you will need to purchase woofer. Obviously small amount of people do not see this and have the amount in their dashboard expecting woofer to be delivered. Please check your dashboard of the payment provider you paid for and see if your balance is literally woofer cost. Then you will know you haven't yet paid for it. Do you only need to use this once? I loaded cheatpalace cheat and got insta banned without using it and I get a Val 5 error.
Update - Managed to join discord and buy product. Got stuck on a certain spot that took longer than said after the spoof i tried playing again and got instantly banned. Sent in a ticket and waiting for a reply. Also DMed the owner.

Either DM me, or give me your Ticket number to check this. You do not have to wait to get your key, and crypto payments should be instant unless you choose your delivery from your wallet to be 24 hours then that is a problem from your end.

I purchased Woofer last week and it took them 2 days to even sort out my key because apparently it was my fault that the key hadnt arrived in my inbox even though I sent them proof no email had been received. Once Woofer himself sent me my key I then ran the spoofer etc, thought all was good, was unbanned on val for 3-4 days then out of nowhere got banned. Assume it was a delayed hwid ban. I then reached out to support saying i dont think it worked, still on the same ticket. they then asked me to run a tool which generates a support.test file. They asked for this twice and once id sent it over last night, I woke up this morning to find out I was banned on the server. I tried to generate a rewoof key but apparently its locked because my HWID was different, well obviously yall spoofer changed my HWID.

So to sum it up, you couldnt fix my issue, banned me from the server with no explanation whatsoever and im a paying customer, this is nuts you guys should not be allowed to do business whatsoever.

Poor support, poor business - I am very disappointed.

UPDATE: I HAVE CONFIRMATION FROM WOOFER ADMIN THAT DISCORD SERVER WAS DELETED. THEY ARE WORKING TO FIX THIS, SO I RETRACT MY COMMENTS FOR NOW.
