Even what he did in the end didn't work, as I said it's hardcoded you need the source to change it, the source however is something we dont have.Quote:
Explain how hardcoded? maybe we did it the same way u think it is hardcoded xD
note it was a help given by akach long time ago maybe he wont even remember xD.
Nope mate it's not possible, yes you can change the values there but it won't ACTUALLY change ingame because we lack the source code, I don't mind if you don't believe me it's just a fact, that's why every single big server faces the problem of the fw being full and none ever 'fixed' it. Just take last electus for an example, fw's were always full with like 200 people outside waiting, you seriously think the dude that worked together with akasch for the longest time wouldnt know about the change of FW limit in that colom? Ofc he does, it just doesn't actually work ingame because it's hardcoded and you need the SC for it to 'fix' it.Quote:
I hope this is a joke, this can be done in SRO_VT_SHARD.dbo._RefGame_World => WorldMaxUserCount column
Fortress IDs: 2, 4,7
And I did test it.

so just out of curiosity, i am really not a developer at all, but just a questions what are these tables made for in the shard?Quote:

Anyway as I said, I don't mind if you don't 'believe' me considering it's a fact there is not really something to not believe in. Just so players know this, if you can't enter it's not because gm's dont know shit it's because it's not possible to change it.
How do you even claim that, maybe electus just didn't apply it? I did apply it on Onyx and there were more than 479 users in fortress war or am i imagining? If i'm, it can be changed through asm.Quote:

Because I'm good friends with the owner of electus that's why.Quote:

With the source code I assume you can change it through there, but that's the thing we just miss with the vsro files.Quote:
