nice ecsro pub was online for 10 minutes then crashed again WTF -.-
and btw there are mobs but not enough for all players and too widespread

The chances of what just happened were around 0.001%, which is one in a MILLION.

The rest of his gear doesn't really make it look like he grinded mobs to find that bow. It's either some kind of bug or a GM :]

Well there was a case 2 month ago where 2 times the same numbers came up on a lotto one after another so there always is a chance. And there always a lucky guys so I don't think that's gm. If it was it should've been at least +7 :P
