So why are people getting this problem? Why do we have to download something to fix the issue if its from the games side? I unpacked it, updated, exit, then launched again and got that error.

make sure you downloaded Rigid client v1.195, i found out alot of people are trying to use v1.21 there is no way this will work this was the closed beta client...
