Yes but trust me, in a few days you will perfectly know where they're also without checking everytime the site or at least this is how it went for me.

i suggest you dont spawn uniques that drop highlvl ancient items at unique events ! THAT FLOODS THE SERVER WITH ANCIENTS ! -.-

as i said .... highlvl ancient items ..... spawn different kinda uniques or mobs ...

Tomorrow on October 7th there is going to be a server inspection which will last up to a couple of hours. The inspection time is not yet set.

New patch has been applied:

-Buying flesh stones in bundles crashing the client fixed;
-Opening the map in treasure guardian room should be fixed;
Misc:
-Ancient Wrath and Triangular Conflict events have ended, more events will follow next week, we hope you enjoyed.

It's not empty at all. But since it's a legit server and most people are european here, they sleep at night. Just try it for a couple of days.
