Alright, summary of my purchase:

Ordered 100 refs (level 10's) exactly 24 hours ago.
Today I've had 99 at level 10 and not the last one, however, I contacted Guardian on skype explained it to him.

Very polite and everything and he said that he must have missed that out. He said he will fix the last one.
