Well, I'm currently using CO Genius and it IS working regardless of what you may think of it. Your bot may be better, I wouldn't know, it didn't work. And not only did you refuse to help, but you didn't bother to take the time to read my posts and understand that I had already followed all of your processes for fixing the problem, but was still having it.Quote:

No, I provided the community with a review of your customer service skills. Telling mommy would have been contacting PayPal or ElitePVPers' moderators. By the way, you may tell people that there are no refunds, but if your users contact Paypal and say that they bought software that didn't work and you refused to provide customer service, Paypal will give them back their money. I speak from experience, I got a refund for a proxy that I once paid for to use when torrenting. The software didn't work, the seller didn't provide any support, and refused to refund my money. So let me review this once again. It was all posted in your forum if you'd bothered to read.
1) Windows gave me a crash notice immediately after trying to provide the path to my CO folder. It was a Windows notice and not from your software.
2) I followed your process with the pre-installed software not once, but twice and got the same exact result as above.
3) I installed .NET and the Visual C++ stuff that you said was needed. Then when I was having problems, I uninstalled it and reinstalled again, making sure to use your links.
4) I turned off my firewall and all antivirus as far as I know. Maybe some security software is still running without my knowledge--seems like something you should be able to help me identify.
Even if people did keep posting the same question over and over on your forum, the correct response would have been to lock their thread with a polite post asking them to read the stickies and directing them to the solution. You could even copy-and-paste the same reply to minimize the work involved. If you're tired of dealing with it, you can ask members of your community to act as moderators, I'm sure you would have plenty of volunteers. Being a dick is not necessary, even if you feel that people are being stupid. For all you know, I'm an 80 year old man that enjoys playing games but barely understands how to use a computer. I'm not, but I could be.
Give me a couple of free days to try your program and if I like it more than COGenius, I will buy it and post a review that says that you're still an *******, but you have a great bot. Since I've already had problems with it, I'm not willing to pay for it only to discover that it still doesn't work.
