I read all the instructions and everything but it says failed when loading the injector. Does this work on Win 7 64 bit?

Yes, but first be sure you starting S4 League with the Bypass from MrSe!man. Then you can inject my DLL manually with ProcessHacker 64 Bit. For that read the readme.txt which is included in the Download.
