i dont have any "only ladders" addons. and there are more ladder-textures that dont contain the word *ladder* in the name..
so u have to find it on your own.. u can use "r_drawmodelstatsoverlay 1" ingame to find the texture name.

u can extract any .VPK with [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...].
after u extracted it u can modify whatever u want. u can also re-pack the extracted folder with gcfscape back into an .vpk .

your picture doesnt show MY hack.. 2136_WH_355 doesnt have green dot.-..or this lighting bugs. /colored walls...and so on

only 100% original files are the best choice. why using lazy versions when u can have ALL THIS for FREE ?! ^^

because green dot is more comfortable ,so i exchanged them by myself;)

Take a look for your graphical settings ingame. Set teture quality to low..and film gr. Off and all this. ?

But im 90% sure u are using different .vpk..
I still can see WHITE sky and soe fog/smoke .. everything look different to 355
