yea its work i've maked my swords for plvling nix from normal to uniq long time ago but i tink it works only at weapons and if got moon gems there is more chanse to imrove the quality

I rather not take the risk guys because:

Low chance of upgrading quality < High chance of breaking.
Which is going to cost more in the end if you wanted to save money.
