tried it.. it shows you lvl 120 or wateva.. shows u have money.. but u cant wear anything at the new lvl.. or spend any money because it says u have none.. lol so its really just... an illusion

It's a good way to make money for other games u know u'll make a screen shot with it like 110lvl with 10mils and most of ppl who doesn't know multi hack would believe and u'll get some good money on RS or KAL maybe RO or Maple :D

client sided means that the information multi hack changes is on the client side, so its not a real change or permanent...it being client sided means the client has to make the change
