i'm akrim (the dev of this). He could tell you you were refunded strictly based on the principle that everyone banned for fraud gets automatically refunded so that we protect our payment gate account from chargeback fees.
If you go to see the bill, there isn't a compensation because Stripe takes 5-10 days for the money to arrive to your account, this is completely normal.
If you've written an email, you'll have an answer soon. I will be available to respond to your email today, I just bought a car and was having fun, travelling. Keep in mind we're humans with lives too and sometimes - we simply cannot fulfill all requests immediately and things take time.

We've been busy with alot of things we have in the works (including Apex Recode) which simply made us not pay so much attention to the current iteration of Apex at the moment.
