i'm akrim (the dev of this). He could tell you you were refunded strictly based on the principle that everyone banned for fraud gets automatically refunded so that we protect our payment gate account from chargeback fees.

If you go to see the bill, there isn't a compensation because Stripe takes 5-10 days for the money to arrive to your account, this is completely normal.

If you've written an email, you'll have an answer soon. I will be available to respond to your email today, I just bought a car and was having fun, travelling. Keep in mind we're humans with lives too and sometimes - we simply cannot fulfill all requests immediately and things take time.

All downtimes are compensated generously, most of these downtimes have been caused by our VPS provider and are completely out of our control. We are working on transferring our infrastructure to another VPS provider.

super easy to config, didn't crash once with it + smooth fps n good support 10/10

Using ngrhook for about 2-3 weeks now and i have to say its perfect, aimbot is almost flawless, glow needs to be a little better but nothing too serious, the map reveal feature is amazing to streamsnipe and overall its just a great experience especially with the kind and fast support they offer and the updates that they push out very consistently.
10/10!

I used it for 1 full day to test, I used it on an account with heirloom and no bans when playing aggressively, I highly recommend it 1000/10 p100

the best hook for apex that i have atm.. i tried many different providers.
the most of them not bad at all.. but the most of them crashes randomly or something.
downtime is very short after updates. i like it :mofo:

aimbot is perfect for me and my playstyle. it hits when u want it to. the prediction is very good.
the only thing that i can feel is that the glow need a bit of work.
sometimes i wish we had bindkey for map reveal feature.
and i miss very badly the bhop, wallhop feature and i hope the spectator list comes back in the future.. this 3 things i miss very badly. but over all its a solid 9/10

i hope we get a inbuild spoofer/cleaner or something in the future whith the fixed features.. and then its a 11/10

the staffs on discord are very fast and super friendly whith the cheese lovers. nothing to say here.

-The aimbot itself, is pretty damn good. It reacts very well depending on the settings you have set in place. (IE: Smootheness, Human, Scale Distance.) For what it offers, it is very good. Accurate and definitely beams. Dont set at neck or head, otherwise when you kill someone. it will be... just that lol.

Esp 7/10
The ESP is very basic as everyone prior has mentioned. But, whats bad with that? It offers and does exactly what an ESP should. It's clean, minimal and does what is intended. The only benefit would be Distance. That would be nice if a feature for distance was added on the players. Item ESP doesn't work and when it did, it is a very basic feature as well. A color scale outline. Once again. Clean & efficient. A smart feature would be nice like others for equipped items.

Support 10/10
I couldn't praise the support enough. They will do anything and everything to try and help out. I can personally attest to multiple hours with them. Troubleshooting and doing anything possible to make it work. I can say, mine works and they are still there.

Misc 5/10
Definitely a lot more functions that could be added. The tap strafe works great. however, superglide doesn't work, rarely ever. I think in a week, i've had it work once. I keep it disabled.

Overall: 7/10

- Overall, i would give this cheat a solid 7/8 out of 10. The item ESP doesn't work. It is a very generic color display for items. The aimbot works flawlessly though. The ESP still works wonderful and is exactly as intended. Nothing fancy. Very basic but very efficient also. I have used 3 other providers. Fancy of fancy, and then also NGR. The aimbot portion is just as comparative to the competitors if not better. Just needs some extra functions and it will be one to be rivaled with.

+rep it's very easy to use and if you have any issues they have common problems and trouble shooting on their forums. The aimbot is op, and the esp is pretty nice, but can be improved. It's a fair priced cheat and I would recommend giving this a shot.

A year or so on, same trustworthy product, still UD(no ban at all) superglide has been worked on you just need to cap FPS and works perfectly fine compared to last time,tapglide also has been improved, rest assured the product will remain UD and will constantly be improved on
