to show up the menu press INSERTn if doesnt show up, that mean u didnt downloaded all requirment

Hello, I have a cheating question and please don't be angry with me. I have been trying to enter the game for 2 days and I get a warning saying I am using cheats and I am getting kicked out of the game.
