Cheat works fine with it, but certain misc features are risky on that.
If you going for ESP/Aimbot only you will be fine.

Even the godmode stuff is safe? Just want to clarify as I'm only interested in doing PVE stuff like heists/missions in hard mode. nothing pvp.

if you referring to GTA:Online then yes its perfectly fine there
as for FiveM it depends on the server plus we have 3 different types of godmode

Yeah, yeah only play GTA O. I'm not interested in FiveM. Right now anyway. Why is there a difference in protections between the two? Don't you have to get through BattleEye for both anyway?

FiveM = mostly server anticheats for specific misc features checks
GTA:Online = Just BattleEye protecting the game itself

Either way the cheat itself is Undetected and as for GTA:O so as the misc features

on GTA Online Legacy/Enhanced still no bans reported with any of our features list
