i'm playing sea server too
it's lagging and i'm melee so no angle skill helped me alot :D
b4 i'm 100% lost to ranger coz of lag now i'm on par with them :D

well if shield strike cooldown decrease to 5s then it'd be awesome :D

as i said
my shield strike lv1 is 50% stun, but now it's 100% stun thanks to dwar
it's 100% success rate not hit rate you know, so if your stun miss then nothing can be done, but if it hit then it'll 100% stun

@dwar can you please try make the cooldown for SEA server -50s ?
