How do you get 150% enchant? just persistent trying or did you find any working charm/talisman to help?

Tickets doesn't work.
make item at 123% then use 3% stone

well Vortex has V-Sky2.exe not TwelveSky2.exe
so when you downloaded server files, they came with client files.
rename TwelveSky2.exe to V-Sky2.exe and replace it with vortex V-Sky2.exe.

This is not so hard to understand and its obvious why you be going online Vortex.
