Lawsuits are not something companies call good advertising even if they win.

Also they wouldn't make anything public before they actually won in court...anything else would be really adverse.

You can only chargeback within a certain amount of time. (45 days) If you have bought/donated something that has been longer then 45 days you can kiss your money goodbye, but then again you enjoyed it for over 45 days.

Also it is a risk you take sticking money in a game you know can be ended at any given time so you shouldn't charge back that is just shady to do. If you buy something in the store there is also a certain amount of days/years warrenty on it.
