Yeah, you definitly need Netframework 1.1, ALL programms need that to open without any errors or problems :)

Yes i checked and i have the latest version of the .NET framework...i evern reinstalled it. same problem still persists

No, not the last version. It has to be 1.1, no other version. Just 1.1! I tried with other versions too and they dont work

i had the 1.1 hotfix service pack 1. i uninstalled it and rebooted my pc...now my add/remove programs windows just says microsoft .NET framework 1.1 Is this correct? sould it work now??

mmm its still not working...im uninstalling the framework and could you link me to the version that i need, maybe is some odd release of 1.1

yup i installed that one and neither the dbutil or wowemu do anything, wowemu opens an empty dos window

Try to dl and install the emu once more.
And if its not working also, try the wadautorestarter.exe etc.

all the emu was a rar file and there is no wadautorestarter.exe...i downloaded the emu off of the 1.8.0 tutorial topic

yeah, i do use xp w/ sp2 and net 1.1..... i got it workin with wowwow beta thx to strike-

I'd still like to get wowemu working though, any other thoughts?
