why does it not pick up all items that r on the floor? it only picks up one item and then it jumps away.

i dunno abt that but i just put it on pick up all...

When I load it up it brings up a box with loads of symbols, I click "ok" and it brings up a Username and password screen with the details already filled in.

When I press start the program dissappears.

when it dissapears u run ur conquer and press f11

I done that and nothing happens.

I don't get the bit where it says "You can use forever" , I dont get that on mine.
