make sure you have correct RohanAuth

insert into rohanuser.dbo.tdisconnect (server_id,user_id,char_id) values (1,his user ID,0) -Senzoku DB
insert into rohanuser.dbo.tdisconnect (server_id,user_id,char_id) values (31,his user ID,0) - Shine/ION DB
after a few minutes the account will fix like heaven.

sorry, I was wrong .. he dc 3901 at the character selection .. I use it that way but failed

hey can someone tell me, why i always get Disconnect 5101 when i try to open bank and then i can't open Exchange Mall tab, Rohan Gamecard Tab and cannot instant teleport with Gathering Hall shortcut after edit the run_version from RH_4.1.0.0 to RH_*.*.*.9 ?
is there some mistake on my client or my server?

RH_9.9.9.9 u need a correct client to fix bug. Other version to H3

But my friend told me that he can open exchange mall tab even he use hero 2 client which 1.0.5.1 version from darkgamerz .. am i miss something?

use his client then, maybe you use a wrong one and changed some stuff on db.

make sure you enter the correct password or fix the RohanAuth

After i try his client too, that same. I cant open exchange mall tab and bank store get dc 5101.. can you give me a hint what the name of database or SP to fix this bug?

the password is correct, and normal when entering the id and password and dc at the character selection 3901 is not 5101
